EXPLICIT CONSENT REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD

Footbond Oyun ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi (“FootBond” or “Company“), within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law“), we process your personal data as a data controller in relation to your membership of the FootBond mobile application (“Platform“). In case of your explicit consent; your personal data regarding your name – surname, e-mail address, mobile phone number, member nickname, member information regarding games and access records are transferred to our suppliers named Google LLC., IBM and Twilio Inc. (“Suppliers“) for the purpose of conducting communication activities and storage and archiving.

Since the database of our suppliers is located abroad, your personal data is deemed to be transferred abroad in accordance with the Law. For this transfer; In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Law, we would like to consult your explicit consent. In the absence of your explicit consent, due to the fact that our game servers are located abroad, unfortunately you cannot sign up the Platform. You can tick the relevant checkbox to consent to the processing of your personal data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the transfer of your personal data abroad within the scope of the above purpose at any time without any reason. If you have such a request, you can go to the Account page within the Platform and follow the “Permanently delete my account” process and stop using the Platform. If you need any support in this regard, you can contact us via info@footbond.net. However, we would like to point out that withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of your data processed during the period prior to such withdrawal. FootBond will continue to retain your pre-revocation personal data in accordance with the Law and for a reasonable period of time.
